Delete your account
You can permanently delete your ZeroDate account inside the app. If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion by email.
In-app deletion
- 1Open ZeroDate and go to Settings.
- 2Choose Delete account under the Account section.
- 3Confirm the deletion prompt to permanently remove your profile, matches, conversations, and account access.
If you cannot access the app
Email sainappdeveloper@gmail.com and include the details below so we can process the request.
- Send the request from the email address tied to your ZeroDate account, or include that email in your message.
- Use the subject line: Delete my ZeroDate account.
- We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What gets deleted
Account deletion removes your profile, public profile mirror, matches, conversations, user-owned report submissions, stored profile photos, and account access. We may retain limited safety, fraud, billing, or legal records when required by law or to protect the platform.
