These Terms of Service (\"Terms\") apply to your access and use of ZeroDate's apps, websites, and related services. They are designed to maintain a respectful, intentional dating community.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using ZeroDate services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- ZeroDate may require identity or safety checks before unlocking certain features.
3. Account Expectations
- Provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
- ZeroDate may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm the community, or present safety risks.
4. Acceptable Use
- Use ZeroDate solely for personal, non-commercial dating purposes.
- Do not harass, spam, misrepresent yourself, or attempt to data mine our services.
- Respect the privacy and boundaries of other participants both in-app and offline.
5. Paid Offerings
- ZeroDate may introduce premium features. Pricing, billing cadence, and cancellation policies will be shared before purchase.
- Unless otherwise specified, all fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
- ZeroDate retains all rights to the platform, branding, and content we provide.
- You grant ZeroDate a limited license to use content you upload (for example, photos and preferences) solely to operate and improve the service.
7. Safety & Disclaimers
- ZeroDate works to verify profiles and support safe experiences, but we cannot guarantee user behavior or compatibility.
- You are responsible for your interactions; exercise good judgment when meeting people online or in person.
- ZeroDate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
- ZeroDate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
- Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.
- Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless local laws require otherwise.
10. Updates
- We may modify these Terms as ZeroDate evolves. Continued use after changes go live signifies your acceptance.
- When changes are significant, we will notify you via email, in-app messaging, or an updated effective date on this page.
